Identifying children in need of help and protection during the COVID- 19 pandemic.

In this Early Years TV interview Rachel discusses with Kathy Brodie the important processes that IDENTIFY, HELP and PROTECT young children in the current COVID-19 context. This short interview supports early years practitioners to understand the importance of recognising abuse and neglect in young children and knowing when and how to respond appropriately through early help and child protection processes. Rachel takes the pertinent and current safeguarding themes and statistics to determine what we should be alert to and how we should respond.
